What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, at our sole discretion, customers can receive an exchange or refund on products or portions of a product under special circumstances.

How long is shipping?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment clears, and an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number.

During holidays or promotional events, please allow an additional 2-3 business days, due to the possible high volume of orders.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, incorrect address information, inclement weather or holidays.

Do the extensions shed?

All extensions shed. Our extensions shed to a minimal after the weft is cut, similar to your natural hair. However, to avoid any ongoing shedding, we suggest that you purchase a sealant to SEAL your wefts for longevity.

What are your suggestions for maintenance?

Always seek professional help for all installations and coloring.
