What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are normally final. However, at our sole discretion, customers can receive a refund on products or portions of a product under special circumstances. Please contact us for additional instructions.

How long is shipping?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment clears, and an email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number.

During holidays or promotional events, please allow an additional 2-3 business days, due to the possible high volume of orders.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, incorrect address information, inclement weather or holidays.

Do the extensions shed?

All extensions shed if it has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft. Our extensions shed to a minimal after the weft is cut, similar to your natural hair. However, to avoid any ongoing shedding, we suggest that you purchase a sealant to SEAL your wefts for longevity.

TIP: Prior to sew-in, suggest to your stylist to stitch and knot around the weft and NOT through the weft of the tracks.
